Express bench delivery

If you require your bench urgently, we offer express delivery within 5 working days. We can only offer express delivery service to mainland England and Wales, benches up to 1.8m long and orders without the installation service. We may not be able to offer express delivery for benches with complex engraving, but we will contact you if problems arise. If you require your bench for a specific day, delivered on a Saturday or you are outside the areas specified in the tables below (including outside the UK), please contact us, so we can assess our workload and check delivery possibilities. 
Most orders with express delivery option will be delivered in conjunction with Pallet Track Network. The bench will be professionally assembled by us and securely strapped by us onto a pallet. We will send you an email on the day when goods are dispatched with your tracking number. Pallet Track Network member of staff will phone you to arrange convenient for you delivery date. You can also phone our delivery partner or us on the arranged delivery day and request estimated time of arrival. Please note that delivery normally takes place from Monday to Friday, unless you paid extra for Saturday delivery. Pallet network service is to "kerbside" only, which is to the nearest point where the goods can be unloaded safely without causing an obstruction for the receiver to check the goods. There is a possibility that the driver may remove the goods from the pallet and take away the packaging if requested, however this is not guaranteed as it depends how much time has been allocated for a delivery slot and if there is space available on the vehicle for the empty pallet.
The delivery charge is non refundable if you have accepted your delivery slot or have not given us 24 hour cancellation notice and we are unable to deliver the goods for any other reasons beyond our control (such as the site is locked, there is no-one available to take your delivery and there were no other arrangements in place).
